MultiMedRx Patient Messages is the text message program of MultiMedRX LLC ("MultiMedRx"), 1000 Quail St. #260, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms and submitting your mobile number, you consent to receive informational text messages from MultiMedRx about your care, appointments, orders and deliveries, and your account and billing, such as visit reminders, shipping updates and billing notices. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies.

Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT) to opt out at any time, or tell us by phone or email. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call 800.787.9659 or email [email protected].

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or treatment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messages are not encrypted. We do not put detailed health information in texts, and you can ask us to contact you another way.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver messages, under confidentiality obligations.

Important Safety Information

Common side effects of GLP-1 medications include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar, kidney problems, and thyroid C-cell tumors.
Tirzepatide has a Boxed Warning for thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN 2. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, low blood sugar, kidney problems, and GI complications.
